About Us

The Coffee Colony has been owned and operated by Sharon Lipton and daughter, Kim Hansen for

25 years!

Customer satisfaction, friendly atmosphere, and quality products at reasonable prices attribute to the shop's long standing success.

Loyal customers are the very best form of advertising!

New customers are always surprised when they walk through the door and are greeted by the wonderful

aroma of freshly ground coffee!

While not a "sit down" coffee house, there is always a fresh flavor of the day brewing for .75 a cup and customers are urged to brows through the shop and see all there is to offer!

Located at 113 N. Huntington St.  Medina, OH this historic home was built in 1846 and originally owned by P.C. Alcott whose niece was Louisa Mae Alcott, author of "Little Women".  It has been told that she spent time with her uncle in his home.
